
Julien Picard
Julien is an environmental and behavioural economist. He uses experiments and theory to study what drives pro-environmental decisions and the mechanisms of public policies fostering such decisions. He graduated with a PhD in Environmental Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2024. He worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Politecnico di Milano from 2024 to 2026. Since June 2026, he is a permanent researcher at the Paris-Saclay Applied Economics Lab.
