Summer School on Integrated Assessment Models

July 3-7, 2023 – Villa Grumello, Como Lake, Italy

Held from July 3rd to 7th, 2023, at Villa Grumello, Italy, the IAMs Summer School, funded by EU’s Horizon 2020, was a success and empowered young scholars with Integrated Assessment Models (IAMs) knowledge for climate policy.

Structure of the week

• 8 lectures about IAMs, including an introductory presentation on IAMs and their role as input to global stock stake and policy analysis.
• Interactive poster sessions where the student will be invited to present their work.
• Hands-on session on the IAMs scenarios (data analysis and visualization).
• Group work on model development/analysis.
